Pauline is the Practice Manager at The Jubilee Medical Practice and overall in charge of all aspects of the practice, the Jubilee Locality Training Hub and the Jubilee Academy. As lead she coordinates the successful day-to-day running of the business and ensures that the teams including the Partners, the Nursing team, the Operations team and the Patient Services team work cohesively. The practice hosts a number of stakeholders including the patients, medical and pharmacy students, Physician Associate students, Registrars and other AHPs and it is Pauline’s responsibility to ensure that they all tie in smoothly and work together successfully.
